• Account information: name, email, phone number, delivery address.
• Vendor information: shop name, business details, payout account details (processed by Paystack). Vendors register via Sell With Us.
• Trade-In/Swap submissions: device details, condition, and photos. If you opt in to public listing, your first name and device details appear on the Swap Board — buyers contact you via WhatsApp, never your number directly.
• Advertiser information: contact details and campaign data via Advertise With Us, including ad performance visible to you under My Ads.
• Order history and communications with vendors or support.

2. How We Use Your Information

To process orders, connect buyers and vendors, provide customer support, send order updates, and improve the marketplace. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Sharing With Vendors

When you purchase from a Vendor, necessary order and delivery details are shared with that Vendor to fulfil your order.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paystack. Himars does not store your full card details.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and order data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/tax obligations.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — including removing a Swap Board listing — by contacting us.
