To process orders, connect buyers and vendors, provide customer support, send order updates, and improve the marketplace. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Sharing With Vendors

When you purchase from a Vendor, necessary order and delivery details (name, address/contact, order contents) are shared with that Vendor to fulfil your order. Vendors are independent sellers and are responsible for handling your data in line with applicable law once received.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paystack and/or Flutterwave. Himars does not store your full card details; refer to their respective privacy policies for how payment data is handled.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and order data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/tax obligations.
